PENERAPAN MODEL THINK TALK WRITE UNTUK MENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPS

Abstract


This study discusses the low student learning outcomes in learning Social Sciences especially in Production Technology, Communication, and Transportation Materials. The core problem in this research is how student learning outcomes using Think Talk Write models on social studies subjects. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of Cijurey II of Elementary School in Majalengka District in Social Studies Learning. This study uses a research design of class action in Kemmis Mc Taggart's model which is conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were 35 students. Data collection techniques used are test and non-test techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in student learning outcomes. The pre-action test has obtained an average value of 64.28 with completeness of 27.6% which increased in the first cycle with an average of 78.14 with completeness of 59.97% and increased in cycle II with an average value reaching 82, 54 with 89% completeness, Thus, it can be concluded that the use of Think Talk Write Model can improve student learning outcomes
