Dampak Program Makan Bergizi Gratis terhadap Konsentrasi Siswa Kelas III Sekolah Dasar

Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) merupakan kebijakan strategis pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia sejak usia dini melalui pemenuhan gizi anak sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan MBG terhadap konsentrasi belajar siswa kelas III SD Islam Al Hikmah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus untuk menggali pengalaman siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Pembandingan kondisi dilakukan melalui rekam jejak observasi longitudinal pada kelas yang sama serta triangulasi ingatan guru dan catatan kehadiran siswa sebelum dan sesudah program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang kuat terhadap peningkatan konsentrasi belajar siswa, ditandai dengan fokus perhatian visual lebih baik, keterlibatan aktif dalam pembelajaran, stabilitas perilaku, serta kesiapan fisik dan psikologis yang lebih optimal. Temuan ini konsisten dengan teori yang menegaskan keterkaitan pemenuhan gizi dan perkembangan kognitif. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperluas pemahaman tentang mekanisme kesiapan fisik psikologis melalui sarapan terpandu yang berperan dalam peningkatan konsentrasi. Secara praktis, hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya keberlanjutan MBG untuk mendukung mutu pendidikan dan kesehatan anak Indonesia.
