Model Rfleksi Pembelajaran Alact sebagai Instrumen Manajemen Peningkatan Kinerja Guru SMP

Peningkatan kinerja guru merupakan faktor strategis dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah menengah pertama. Salah satu pendekatan yang dinilai efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan profesional guru adalah refleksi pembelajaran yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Model Refleksi ALACT sebagai instrumen manajemen peningkatan kinerja guru di UPT SMP Negeri 2 Tuban. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif model studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi refleksi guru, dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan siklus ALACT membantu guru mengidentifikasi permasalahan pembelajaran secara lebih sistematis, meningkatkan kesadaran pedagogis, serta mendorong perbaikan praktik pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan. Secara manajerial, model ini mendukung sistem supervisi akademik yang lebih reflektif dan partisipatif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap penguatan sistem refleksi terstruktur sebagai strategi peningkatan kinerja guru di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama.
