Manajemen Pengembangan Minat Bakat untuk Meningkatkan Kemandirian Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di SLB C Yakut Purwokerto

Kemandirian merupakan kompetensi penting yang perlu dikembangkan pada siswa tunagrahita sebagai bekal kehidupan sehari-hari dan masa depan. Salah satu upaya untuk mendukung kemandirian tersebut adalah melalui pengelolaan program pengembangan minat dan bakat yang terencana dan adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji manajemen pengembangan minat dan bakat dalam meningkatkan kemandirian siswa tunagrahita di SLB C Yakut Purwokerto. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, dengan subjek kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dan guru pelaksana program vokasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan thematic analysis dengan triangulasi sebagai uji keabsahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen program dilaksanakan melalui empat tahap, yaitu asesmen siswa, perencanaan program, pelaksanaan pembelajaran vokasional, dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan program yang berbasis data siswa, kontekstual, dan fungsional terbukti berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan fungsional dan kemandirian siswa tunagrahita
