Hambatan Adopsi Platform Koobits dalam Pembelajaran Matematika: Studi Kasus Resistensi dan Keengganan Guru Sekolah Dasar terhadap Teknologi Digital

Abstract

Pemanfaatan platform digital dalam pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar masih belum optimal meskipun didukung oleh infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai. Penelitian ini menawarkan kebaruan dengan menyoroti aspek psikologis persepsi kemanfaatan (perceived usefulness) dan keamanan psikologis (psychological safety) sebagai bentuk inersia digital dalam adopsi teknologi oleh guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menghambat penggunaan platform KooBits di sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus melalui analisis interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penggunaan platform hanya mencapai sekitar 50% meskipun fasilitas tersedia secara optimal. Hambatan utama bukan terletak pada aspek teknis, melainkan pada rendahnya persepsi kemanfaatan serta kurangnya rasa aman dalam mencoba teknologi baru. Selain itu, keterbatasan kompetensi TPACK dan kekhawatiran terhadap risiko profesional akibat kegagalan teknis turut memperkuat resistensi guru. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor psikologis dan manusiawi berperan dominan dalam keberhasilan transformasi digital. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pendekatan human-centric dengan penguatan keamanan psikologis sebagai bagian integral dalam model adopsi teknologi guna mendorong inovasi pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan
