Implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Layanan dan Hasil Belajar di Lembaga Pendidikan

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan di era global menuntut manajemen yang terstruktur, menjadikan Total Quality Management (TQM) filosofi yang semakin relevan bagi lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi konsep, strategi implementasi, faktor pendukung-penghambat, serta dampak TQM dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berprotokol PRISMA 2020 diterapkan melalui pencarian pada Publish or Perish berbasis Google Scholar dengan kata kunci Boolean rentang 2021–2025; dari 149 artikel awal, 15 artikel lolos seleksi untuk dianalisis secara tematik. Analisis tematik menghasilkan delapan tema utama: prinsip dan model TQM, kepemimpinan mutu, orientasi kepuasan pelanggan, perbaikan berkelanjutan, budaya mutu dan iklim sekolah, dampak TQM terhadap hasil belajar, manajemen SDM dan pemberdayaan guru, serta TQM dalam pendidikan berbasis Islam. Temuan menunjukkan TQM secara konsisten meningkatkan mutu layanan dan hasil belajar siswa ketika didukung kepemimpinan transformatif, komitmen pemangku kepentingan, dan budaya mutu yang kuat, sementara resistensi budaya, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan kurangnya pelatihan menjadi penghambat utama. Studi longitudinal efektivitas TQM di jenjang pendidikan dasar dan menengah, khususnya di negara berkembang, diidentifikasi sebagai kesenjangan yang mendesak ditindaklanjuti.
