Peningkatan Kemampuan Literasi Digital Guru SD melalui Pelatihan AI, Canva, dan Wayground

Rendahnya kompetensi literasi digital guru di daerah terpencil masih menjadi tantangan dalam mendukung transformasi pembelajaran berbasis digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur peningkatan kompetensi literasi digital guru melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan aplikasi digital berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI), Canva, dan Wayground di SD USABA Simpang Hulu, Kabupaten Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian menggunakan metode campuran dengan desain kuantitatif one-group pretest-posttest serta pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi dan wawancara tidak terstruktur terhadap delapan guru. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi yang signifikan secara statistik (W = 36,0; p = 0,012) dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,544 dalam kategori sedang. Peningkatan tertinggi terjadi pada aspek kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi (N-Gain = 0,706) dan kepercayaan diri guru (N-Gain = 0,643). Analisis Cohen’s d menunjukkan efek sangat besar pada kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, efisiensi persiapan materi, dan kepercayaan diri guru. Frekuensi penggunaan aplikasi digital juga meningkat dari 12,5% menjadi 50% guru yang menggunakan aplikasi secara sering hingga sangat sering. Meskipun demikian, sebagian besar guru masih menghadapi kendala infrastruktur. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan literasi digital guru memerlukan pelatihan yang berkelanjutan serta dukungan infrastruktur dan kebijakan yang memadai.
