Resolusi Konflik dalam Penanganan Kasus Perundungan Siswa SMP Tuban: Analisis Mediasi, Negosiasi, dan Restorative Justice

Perundungan merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang ada di dalam lingkungan pendidikan yang memiliki dampak negatif terhadap perkembangan fisik, psikologis, serta sosial siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kasus perundungan siswa SMP di Kabupaten Tuban dengan perspektif resolusi konflik guna memahami bentuk konflik, faktor penyebab, serta alternatif penyelesaiannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui metode analisis isi terhadap berita daring serta didukung dengan literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga bentuk perundungan yang terjadi tidak hanya kekerasan fisik, tetapi juga melibatkan aspek relasional, serta perundungan siber, ketiga bentuk tersebut dilatarbelakangi karena faktor personal, pola pengasuhan, serta lemahnya kontrol sosial. Analisis di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Peace Triangle dari Galtung yang menunjukkan keterkaitan antara kekerasan langsung, struktural, dan kultural yang saling memperkuat terjadinya konflik. Penerapan mediasi, negosiasi, serta restorative justice berpotensi dalam mendukung pemulihan korban, mendorong pertanggungjawaban pelaku, dan memperbaiki hubungan sosial siswa di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi ketiga pendekatan resolusi konflik lebih efektif jika dibandingkan dengan pendekatan berbasis sanksi semata, serta menyarankan penguatan kebijakan anti perundungan dan sinergi aktif antara sekolah serta orangtua guna menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman serta kondusif.
