Pengembangan Media Literasi Berbasis AI Gemini untuk Mendukung Kegiatan Literasi di Murid Kelas II Sekolah Dasar

Kegiatan literasi di sekolah dasar masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan bahan bacaan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik pembaca awal. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa buku yang digunakan umumnya memiliki narasi panjang sehingga tidak dapat diselesaikan dalam satu kali kegiatan literasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan kumpulan cerita pendek bergambar berbantuan fitur Storybook Gemini sebagai media pendukung kegiatan literasi murid kelas II sekolah dasar. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada integrasi Generative Artificial Intelligence melalui penyusunan prompt yang sistematis dan disesuaikan dengan keterbacaan pembaca awal tingkat B1. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development model 4D yang dilaksanakan melalui tahap Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate secara terbatas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media memperoleh tingkat validitas sebesar 97,9% dari ahli materi dan 90,9% dari ahli media, serta tingkat kepraktisan sebesar 92% berdasarkan responss guru dan 95% berdasarkan responss murid. Dengan demikian, media yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dan praktis sebagai alternatif bahan bacaan untuk mendukung kegiatan literasi di sekolah dasar serta membantu guru mengembangkan media literasi berbasis AI sesuai karakteristik pembaca awal.
