Optimalisasi Gaya Kepempinan Kepala Sekolah untuk Mendukung Terciptanya Green School

Masalah lingkungan semakin kompleks, membutuhkan perubahan sikap individu untuk lebih melindungi lingkungan untuk masa depan yang lebih baik. Peran penting lembaga pendidikan, yaitu sekolah di seluruh dunia, dalam mendorong pembangunan berkelanjutan untuk mendukung terciptanya sekolah hijau. Dalam tulisan ini, digunakan metode kualitatif dengan meninjau dan mensintesis jurnal yang terkait dengan gaya Kepemimpinan, dan sekolah hijau. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya pemimpin transformasional di sekolah merupakan penentu keberhasilan kinerja sekolah hijau. Apalagi dengan penetapan tujuan SDGs yang menuntut peran sekolah sebagai lembaga yang mengedepankan Education for Sustainable Development (ESD).
