Kepemimpinan Instruksional Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang peran kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 28 kepala sekolah pada Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah se-DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa kepala sekolah dapat mengelola sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja mengajar guru dengan model dan strategi yang dibangun dalam rangkan mewujudkan tujuan organisasi. dimensi atau indikator kepemimpinan instruksional yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja mengajar guru adalah mengembangkan misi dan tujuan peningkatan kurikulum sekolah, pengembangan komunitas belajar profesional, mengembangkan lingkungan kerja dan mempromosikan iklim pembelajaran akademik.
