Analisis dan Rekonstruksi Kegiatan Laboratorium Alternatif: Meningkatkan Keterampilan Literasi Kuantitatif melalui Praktikum Ingenhousz

Dalam pembelajaran biologi, kegiatan praktikum merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang penting. Untuk mendukung kegiatan praktikum tersebut, LKS harus memiliki indikator literasi kuantitatif, seperti interpretasi, representasi, perhitungan, aplikasi/analisis, asumsi, dan komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran kualitas rancangan kegiatan laboratorium (DKL) percobaan Ingenhousz untuk materi fotosintesis di sekolah serta pengembangan DKL alternatif yang memfasilitasi meningkatkan keterampilan literasi kuantitatif peserta didik. Metode deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive, yaitu instrumen berupa rubrik penilaian serta catatan lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis DKL, menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan praktikum yang ada belum optimal untuk dapat mendukung dan meningkatkan literasi kuantitatif siswa. ditemukan beberapa kelemahan yakni pada aspek representasi data daninterpretasi data. Rekonstruksi desain kegiatan laboratorium alternatif didukung dengan adanya beberapa kegiatan untuk melatih literasi kuantitatif peserta didik. Sehingga hasil pengembangan dari DKL alternatif eksperimental menunjukkan bahwa DKL tersebut mampu memfasilitasi meningkatkan keterampilan literasi kuantitatif peserta didik.
