Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah dalam Pengelolaan Kurikulum untuk Mewujudkan Sekolah Unggul

Munculnya sekolah unggul menunjukan bahwa lembaga pendidikan menjadi lebih mudah diakses dan toleran terhadap tuntutan masyarakat. Selain itu, pembentukan lembaga-lembaga tersebut tidak dapat dipisahkan dari keberadaan para profesional pendidikan, khususnya kepala sekolah, dalam membentuk model pendidikan yang sesuai dengan tujuan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyajikan mengenai bagaimana bentuk implementasi kepemimpinan berbasis sekolah dalam manajemen kurikulum untuk mewujudkan sekolah unggul. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskripsi kepustakaan. Di mana, penulis akan mengkaji secara literature mengenai topik penelitian pendidikan Kristiani yang bersifat toleransi. Sekolah unggulan merupakan sekolah yang sanggup membuat muridnya berprestasi baik dalam konteks intelektual, emosional, serta spiritual. Sekolah unggul biasanya menekankan pada mutu siswa, sehingga di masa depan siswa bisa bersaing dalam kehidupan global di muka bumi. Sekolah unggulan pada biasanya memiliki kriteria khusus, antara lain siswa yang unggul, profesional guru, disiplin, berdedikasi, cerdas, bisa membuat desain, strategi, model dan metode pengajaran, ramah dan bisa beradaptasi dan berbaur dengan sesama guru dan siswa
