Persepsi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan, dan Rekreasi terhadap Dosen dengan Karakter Modern dan Tradisional

Pergeseran tingkah laku yang dipengaruhi oleh tren terbaru di media sosial yang sangat berbeda dengan masa muda para pendidik di tempat belajar, menyebabkan kesenjangan yang besar saat terjadi proses pembelajaran. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kepribadian dosen di kelas pembelajaran. Penulis membedakan bahwa dosen di perguruan tinggi memiliki 2 macam kepribadian yaitu modern dan tradisional. Menurut dasar psikologi bahwa jika seseorang telah memberikan kasih sayang kepada orang lain, mereka akan selalu memperhatikan dan mendengarkan dengan penuh apa yang mereka katakan atau katakan kepada mereka. Oleh karena itu, penulis ingin mengungkapkan apakah karakteristik dosen modern atau tradisional yang akan lebih digandrungi oleh mahasiswa khususnya dalam lingkup Jurusan Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan dan Rekreasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah kualitatif komparatif. Penulis mengumpulkan semua data dari ulasan responden tentang dua jenis karakteristik yang terbentuk dalam paragraf. Selain itu, data tersebut akan disimpulkan dan dibandingkan. Hasilnya dosen modern mendapat 57,4%, tradisional mendapat 10,6%, dan netral 31,9%. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dosen modern adalah karakteristik terbaik yang lebih dicintai dan disayangi oleh mahasiswa. Mereka juga ceria dan hebat dalam komunikasi yang membuat mereka mendapatkan keterikatan yang besar
