Pendidikan hukum merupakan salah satu pendekatan dari Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan yang memiliki fungsi untuk menjadikan warga negara yang taat hukum dan berperilaku sesuai peraturan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan karena bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dapat dijadikan sebagai pendidikan hukum. Pendidikan hukum diharapkan dapat membekali setiap generasi menjadi individu yang tahu, faham, mengerti dan berperilaku sesuai dengan norma. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah dengan literatur review yang mengacu pada sumber primer berupa artikel ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dapat diintegrasikan dengan pendidikan hukum melalui beberapa cara diantaranya: Pengenalan terhadap Sistem Hukum, Pengajaran tentang Hak dan Kewajiban, Studi Kasus dan Simulasi Hukum, Diskusi Etika dan Moral dalam Konteks Hukum, Pengajaran tentang Proses Hukum dan Sistem Peradilan, Pelatihan dalam Keterampilan Hukum Praktis dan Pengintegrasian dengan Mata Pelajaran Lain. Penelitian ini berdampak pada perubahan mindset setiap orang bahwa Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan tidak hanya soal teoritis tetapi juga membahas aspek praktis bagi kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara.
