Relevansi Pendidikan Muhammadiyah dalam Menghadapi Era Smart Society 5.0

Pendidikan Muhammadiyah memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan arah kemajuan manusia di era Smart Society 5.0. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi apa saja tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pendidikan Muhammadiyah di era Smart Society 5.0 dan bagaimana relevansi pendidikan Muhammadiyah dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan tersebut. Peneliti mengadaptasi penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data sekunder dan data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui deductive content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, ada tiga tantangan besar pendidikan Muhammadiyah di era Smart Society 5.0 yaitu dehumanisasi pendidikan, sekularisasi pendidikan, dan elitisme pendidikan. Kedua, relevansi pendidikan Muhammadiyah dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan tersebut terwujud dalam bentuk menghidupkan pendidikan berbasis bertauhid, paradigma pendidikan holistik integratif, dan mengukuhkan kembali spirit teologi al-Maun. Peneliti juga menawarkan teologi al-Alaq untuk memperkuat basis tauhid dalam praksis pendidikan Muhammadiyah. Ketiga hal ini menjadikan pendidikan Muhammadiyah tetap relevan dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan di era smart society. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada model dan karakteristik pendidikan Islam yang relevan dalam rangka menghadapi era Smart Society 5.0
