Keterkaitan Pengetahuan dan Sikap dengan Perilaku Pelajar dalam Memilih Jajanan

Konsumsi jajanan tidak sehat di kalangan siswa SMP merupakan masalah kesehatan yang berdampak negatif jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara sikap, perilaku, dan pengetahuan siswa SMP Negeri 1 Gempol, Kabupaten Cirebon mengenai konsumsi jajanan sehat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif cross-sectional, dengan mengumpulkan data dari 161 siswa kelas sembilan yang dipilih secara acak menggunakan kuesioner. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang kuat antara sikap, tindakan, dan pengetahuan siswa tentang mengonsumsi camilan bergizi. Siswa dengan pengetahuan baik tentang gizi dan zat aditif makanan cenderung memiliki siskap positif terhadap jajanan sehat, yang memengaruhi perilaku mereka dalam memilih jajanan. Nilai Perarson Chi-Square sebesar 70.591 (df=4, p<0,001) menunjukan hasil yang valid dan andal. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa intervensi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi dan kesehatan, serta mengubah sikap siswa, efektif mendorong perilaku konsumsi jajanan yang lebih baik
