Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terjadinya corona virus yang menyebabkan pembelajaran dilaksanakan di rumah dan pelaksanaanya secara online atau melalui whats’ap.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan bahan ajar tematik terpadu berbasis model Picture and Picture di kelas IV SD yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas IV SDN 03 Sungai Kamuyang Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota Sumatera Barat. Subyek penelitian yang berjumlah 15 siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model 4-D yang terdiri atas 4 tahap yaitu: tahap define, desain, develop, dan disseminate. Kevalidan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dilhat dari segi isi, bahasa, penyajian, kegrafikaan dan RPP, keseluruhan 4,5 dengan kategori sangat valid. Pratikalitas bahan ajar dilihat dari respon pendidik dengan rata-rata 3,9 respon peserta didik 3,89. Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan meningkatkan hasil belajar, aktivitas dan sikap siswa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar tematik menggunakan model Picture and Picture yang dikembangkan layak digunakan di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar
